Social Responsibility

Garson & Jakub LLP is committed to environmentally sustainable practices as well as community support.  Some of the charities we have supported include:

• Fisher House Foundation, supporting military and veteran families
• Richmond University Medical Center to improve their campus and services to Staten Island families
• CentraState Healthcare Foundation to support pediatric patients
• Dear Santa Project, delivering hand-picked gifts to underprivileged students in select NYC public schools

Garson & Jakub is a proud member of the Law Firm Sustainability Network, a nonprofit organization of law firms and legal departments committed to promoting the benefits of environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility within their firms and throughout the legal industry. At our brick-and-mortar office base, we have eliminated all use of Styrofoam products and use only compostable and recyclable supplies from our vendors. We recycle electronics and provide electronic pay stubs and while we are not quite paperless, our printers default to enable double-sided printing. We are always looking for new ways to care for the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
