MARIA S. BLACK is a firm partner who specializes in the defense of high-exposure medical malpractice actions.
Before joining the firm, Maria was a graduate fellow with the NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, where she analyzed violations of City Public Health, safety and clean environment laws brought before the Environmental Control Board Appeals Unit.
During law school, Maria completed internships with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Waste & Toxic Substances Division.
