We are pleased to announce the promotion of Anthony M. Tracy to Partner at Garson Jakub & Morris LLP.

Tony joined the firm as Of Counsel in December 2023, bringing with him over three decades of experience defending complex personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Since his arrival, he has made an immediate and lasting impact through his sharp litigation skills, sound judgment, and commitment to client service.

Prior to joining our firm, Tony served as a Partner at Ronan, Tuzzio & Giannone for over 20 years, where he specialized in the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in high-stakes malpractice actions. He has tried numerous civil jury trials to verdict and has argued appeals resulting in published decisions that continue to shape New Jersey law.

Earlier in his career, Tony held positions at several respected litigation firms and served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable James M. Havey, J.A.D., in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Tony earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University. His depth of knowledge, litigation expertise, and leadership have quickly made him an integral part of our team.

Ivelina joined the firm in November 2018 and has since focused her practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care professionals in complex medical malpractice actions. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional legal skill, deep knowledge of the medical-legal landscape, and a steadfast commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Ivelina earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law while working full time, and gained early legal experience through internships with the U.S. Postal Service Law Department and the Child Advocacy Clinic. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, and previously held senior administrative positions in the healthcare and construction industries. Her broad professional background enhances her strategic approach to litigation and client service.

She is admitted to practice in New York and is active in the legal community, including her service as Secretary of the Bioethical Issues Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Ivelina’s work ethic, judgment, and integrity have earned her the respect of clients, colleagues, and adversaries alike.
